Registration Types

· Early Bird registration: 10 Feb 2025 3:00pm(KST) ~ 25 Apr 2025 11:59pm(KST)
· Standard registration: 26 Apr 2025 10:00am(KST) ~ 22 May 2025 5:00pm(KST)
· On-site registration : 23 May 2025 10:00am(KST) ~ 28 May 2025 12:00pm(KST)

· ISEA2025 authors with an accepted contribution must purchase the ‘Full or Day registration’ as a requirement for their contribution to be finally included in the program.
※ ISEA2025 authors – Paper, Panel, Poster/Demo, Special Tracks, Institutional Presentation, Workshop, Artist Talk
※ In the event that an accepted contribution has several authors, at least one of them must purchase the ‘Full registration’ in order to be included in the proceedings.
※ In the event that an accepted contribution has a single author, he(she) purchase the ‘Full or Day Registration’ in order to be included in the proceedings.
※ If ISEA2025 authors with an accepted contribution are unable to attend and present, they can still be included in the conference proceedings if they have purchased as above.

· Students or independent artists are eligible for concession registrations.
※ Student – available for those who hold a current student identification card
※ Independent artist – available to independent or unaffiliated artists

Registration Inclusions

· For full or Day registration, you must purchase one ticket per person.

1. Full Registration
· Attendance to all academic sessions at the Seoul National University and Seoul National University Museum of Arts.
· Attendance to all workshops at Sogang University.
· Attendance to all sessions of Special Tracks at Seoul National University Museum of Arts.
· Lunch (26~28 May)

2. Day registration
· Choose between 26th, 27th or 28th of May.
· Attendance to all academic sessions at the Seoul National University and Seoul National University Museum of Arts during that day.
· Attendance to all sessions of Special Tracks at Seoul National University Museum of Arts during that day.
· Lunch (1 Day)

3. Day Workshop in Sogang University
· If you have purchased a ‘Full registration’, you must apply through the ‘Reservation link’ of the workshop you wish to attend on the ISEA2025 website.
· If you have not purchased a ‘Full registration’ but wish to attend a workshop, you must purchase a ‘Workshop(Day) ticket’.
(※ If you have purchased a ‘Workshop(Day) ticket’ on the EVENTUS Platform, you must apply through the ‘Reservation link‘ of the Workshop you wish to attend on the ISEA2025 website).
· You can purchase up to one Workshop ticket.

4. Day Special track in Seoul National University Museum Of Art
· If you have purchased a ‘Full registration’, you must apply through the ‘Reservation link’ for the Special track you wish to attend on the ISEA2025 website.
· If you have not purchased a ‘Full registration’ but wish to attend a Special track, you must purchase the ‘Special track(Day) ticket’ you wish to attend.
(※ If you have purchased a ‘Special track(Day) ticket’ on the EVENTUS Platform, you must apply through the ‘Reservation link‘ for the special track you purchased on the ISEA2025 website).
· You can purchase up to three Special track tickets.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

· Cancellations and refunds(less cancellation fees) are only available until 22 May 2025 5:00pm(KST).
· Cancellations and refunds will not be eligible for a refund after 22 May 2025 5:00pm(KST).
· You can cancel or request a refund for your registration in EVENTUS.

· Cancellation fees may be applied depending on the payment method, refund request timing, and refund reason.

· Payment of registration fees can be done via the online registration process by Credit Card
