SNU Institute for Culture and Arts (ICA)

Since its establishment in 1946, Seoul National University has stood as the cradle of liberal education and a paramount institution of higher learning in Korea. The university has solidified its position as the premier academic institution in the country, driving innovative advancements both in education and research.

In 2022, SNU introduced the Institute for Cultural Arts (ICA), heralding a new era of cultural vibrancy on campus. This multifaceted institution aims to cultivate a post-cultural ecosystem by connecting creators, content, and cultural spaces. The Power Plant, once a utilitarian structure providing campus heating and electricity for four decades, has undergone a remarkable transformation and now serves as a dynamic venue hosting various events, including exhibitions, performances, and international forums.

SNU Museum of Art (MoA)
