Q. I am interested in submitting an artistic proposal, but I cannot find online if there are any funds for the artistic production and/or travel/accommodation costs.
A. Please understand that we do not provide any predefined budget for the production or delivery fees.
Q. Am I eligible to conduct artwork as part of the Art Jury?
A. According to the ISEA guidlines, as long as you do not review or vote your own work, you are allowed to submit your academic or artistic proposals as an Art Jury member.
Q. Is it possible for one artist to submit multiple submissions?
A. It is fine for one artist to submit multiple entries in the same track (e.g., artworks).
Q. I applied for the artistic proposal, but I have not received an email regarding my proposal’s acceptance. Does this mean my proposal was rejected?
A. ISEA2025 Symposium Organising Team has only sent emails to accepted applicants. If you have not received a separate email, unfortunately, it means that your work was not accepted. If you have any questions regarding the Accept/Reject, please contact us via the official email([email protected]).
Q. Is financial support available for artists participating in the exhibition?
A. No financial support is provided for exhibition artists, including airfare, accommodation, production costs, shipping, or artist fees. We recommend that artists explore funding opportunities through their affiliated institutions or national cultural support programs if needed. Additionally, to assist with funding applications, ISEA2025 Symposium Organising Team provides invitation letters exclusively to accepted artists. Q. Am I eligible to conduct a peer review of submitted papers (academic proposals) as part of the IPC?
A. According to the ISEA guidlines, as long as you do not review or vote your own work, you are allowed to submit your academic or artistic proposals as an IPC member.
Q. Online Participation (ZOOM, Webina…)
A. We do not provide any online channel.
Q. Should author information be included in the Paper and Panel categories?
A. No, it should not be included. When submitting a proposal for the Paper and Panel tracks, please leave any fields with personal information (e.g., Author Name, Affiliation, Location, Country, Contact Emails, and Author(s) Biography(ies)) as “anonymous.” Personal information will be requested again after the peer-review process, with further instructions provided individually.
Q. Is financial support available for participants in the academic
A. Participants in the academic program are not provided with financial support, including airfare and accommodation. If needed, we recommend checking with your affiliated institution, university, or research funding programs for potential support. Additionally, to facilitate research funding applications, an official invitation letter is issued only to selected presenters. If required, please contact us via the official email ([email protected]).
