EXHIBITION in SNU Museum of Art
GOOD MORNING MR. ORWELL VER.2
• Date :
23~29 May 2025
• Time : 10:00-18:00, Last admission at 17:30 (KST)
• Venue
: Seoul National University Museum of Art (Gallery 1-4)

Imagining the future
inevitably evokes reflection on the present. The exhibition begins with a belief that technology will ease
conflicts, bring peace and harmony to a new future, and envisions a warmer future through the imagination of
artists. As a part of the ISEA2025 exhibitions, Seoul National University Museum of Art presents eight
juried artists from the open call and seven invited artists.
One can dream of the future in
concrete
form within art. Artists promptly discover pieces of life buried in the rapidly changing pace, drawing them
into art to observe once again. Just like Nam June Paik greeted George Orwell in Good Morning Mr. Orwell, in
a future where anxiety and hope coexist, we can look forward to a utopia if we view non-human entities with
warmth and embrace them with our hearts.
